The Account Manager-Outside Sales Rep maintains, fosters and grows customer relationships through effective communication, an understanding of the customer's needs and superior interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities
• Meet with existing and potential customers, assure that our service delivery meets and exceeds their expectation.
• Generating leads for possible sales opportunities and follow-up sales activity.
• Grow and build exceptional relationships and influence key decision makers within his or her assigned market.
• Meet and/or exceed sales quotas as they relate to quarterly growth goals; identify additional opportunities for further growth
• Proactively and consistently execute on required CRM management and weekly planning
• Understand, address and resolve customer issues or complaints, while balancing the interests of both the customer and employer.
• Provide timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns.
• Assist management and operations team in creating and ensuring effective, customer focused resolutions for any service failures or concerns.
• Organize and participate in promotional and customer appreciation events
• Provide customers with value added educational in-services
• Demonstrate expertise by proactively attaining industry knowledge through education, communication and a commitment to professional self-development
• Understand, commit and deliver on the company's mission and values by effectively demonstrating these core concepts in customer interactions..
• Maintain a positive, courteous and respectful relationship with customers and team members.
