Global Pitch Forum

Being selected for the Most Influential Filipina Woman in the World Award (Global FWN100™) is the ultimate recognition given by FWN. Awardees become world citizens and partners of FWN’s global vision — A Filipina woman leader in every sector of the economy.

The Most Influential Filipina Woman in the World Award (Global FWN100™) is a working award. Receiving the award comes with accountability and responsibility. FWN is committed to leveraging its talent pool of accomplished Filipina Women by having these leaders commit to the following:

  1. “Pay forward” by developing a Global Project, a short-term two-year project that will benefit her community with a focus on women and girls. This is a give-back project to her community in her geographic location where she lives, raised her family, built a career, and has thrived.  The Global Project

  2. FemtorMatch: Femtor (female mentors) a young Filipina to help develop our next generation leaders

  3. Write her leadership journey, and get published in the Filipina Women’s Network’s DISRUPT Leadership Book Series. FWN has published four books – 140 authors (35 in each book) from 16 countries. The fifth book will be launched at the 20th Filipina Leadership Summit in Sydney, Australia on 27OCT-02NOV 2024 at the Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park

  4. Join FWN and commit to an annual contribution (renewed every year.)

  5. Attend the Filipina Summit every year.

  6. Nominate every year an influential Filipina woman preferably someone who lives in her geographic location.

The Global FWN100™ Award is a Working Award. The Global Pitch is how awardees:

  1. “Pay Forward” and help FWN build next-generation projects that will benefit the Filipina women community in the awardee’s geographic location.

  2. Give back to the community where they live that provided the awardee the opportunity to earn a living, raise a family, and thrive.

  3. Re-invent themselves by developing their global imprint.

  4. Leave a personal legacy with the potential to impact the world community.

  5. Engage fellow awardees at the Filipina Summit to collaborate, invest, donate and support with resources and referrals her Global Pitch project.

COUNTRIES WITH ACTIVE Global Pitch Projects AND GLOBAL FWN100™ AWARDEES

The FWN Giving Fund will be one of the resources for funding

Each awardee has two years to complete her Global Project beginning the year she received her award (Year 1). She will present her winning proposed Global Project at the Global Pitch Forum, a meaningful highlight of the Filipina Leadership Global Summit every year. There will be quarterly updates to report on the status of their projects - challenges, roadblocks, and not just successes. At these meetings awardees will learn from others - how they have overcome the hurdles and hearing suggestions, resources, and fundraising efforts.

The following year (Year 2), the awardee will introduce her team and supporters and share the challenges and successes in launching her project at the Global Fulfillment Forum of the Filipina Summit.

In Year 3, the awardee will report on the results of her completed project and introduce the project’s beneficiaries and the sustainability factors for project continuity at the Filipina Summit.

DONATE to the FWN Giving Fund if you wish to support a Global Pitch Project and receive a tax deduction. Go to www.ffwn.org/donate.
