Coryn Rivera, a 22 year-old Fil-American rider, sprinted to victory on July 21st at the Internationale Thüringen Rundfahrt der Frauen.  She emerged victoriously from a select group of 11 riders that escaped early in the stage according to online reports on Velo News.
