ASK A FILIPINA: #10 DISRUPT Leadership Tip from Marily Mondejar, Founder & CEO, Filipina Women's Network

Make it easy to do business with you. Dress to Influence. My mother used to say: “You want to be the person who signs the paycheck, not the someone who’s waiting to see if you’ll get one.” Do not ever let anyone get in your way to advancement or feel guilty about "Corporate Loyalty: what is that?"
