Thanks for your interest in using the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network’s logo and brand assets. We encourage its use by groups around the world to actively promote their events, activity and awareness raising—and on many occasions we help amplify this activity.

Users who access this page, should only be doing so because their FWN Logo & Brand Assets Use Request has been formally approved and granted.

LIMITED LICENSE TO USE GLOBAL FWN100™ LOGO

Based on the image guidelines set by the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network, a Global FWN100™ awardee has limited license to use the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network’s Global FWN100™ logo and the award designation “Global FWN100™ ”, and display image of the Global FWN100™ Crystal Award.

You agree to use the Global FWN100™ logo solely for the purposes of awardee’s marketing materials and for activities that promote or support the aims and objectives of the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network.

Permission to download and use the Global FWN100™ logo, the award designation and the crystal award image will be sent upon the awardee’s request after the awards ceremony. 

FWN reserves the right to withdraw the Global FWN100™ Award designation if awardee has been deemed no longer in good standing with FWN and the global business and Filipino community.

Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network (FWN) Logo & Brand Assets Terms of Use

1. The FWN Marks

The FWN Logo, FWN100 Logo, DISRUPT Logos, FEMtorMATCH Logo (“Logos”) are a protected marks of the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network ("we", "our", "us"). We have done this to preserve and protect the goodwill and reputation of the mark and the FWN brand generally for our members, customers, partners and sponsors to be able to continue promoting FWN’s campaigns.

2. Right to Use the Logos

Unless you have entered into a separate licence with us relating to the use of the Logos, you are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the Logos subject to these Terms of Use.

3. Permitted Use of the Logos

You agree to use the FWN Logo solely for the purposes of promoting FWN’s campaigns and for activities that promote or support the aims and objectives of the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network.

You agree to use the FWN100 Logo solely for the purposes of promoting an awardee’s designation as a recipient of the “100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the World” Award and/or “100 Most Influential Filipina Women in the U.S.” Award as conferred by the Foundation for Filipina Women’s Network.

By downloading the Logos, you agree not to use the Logos in any of the following ways:

  • edit, modify, adapt or change the whole or any part of the Logos in a way that damages or has a detrimental effect on the FWN brand;

  • for any commercial or business purposes, or otherwise to make money in any way;

  • for any product branding including, but not limited to, t-shirts, wristbands, cups, bags, etc;

  • in association with any illegal activity;

  • in any way that will or may weaken, damage or be detrimental to the Logos or the reputation or the goodwill associated with the Logos and the FWN brand or campaigns;

  • for any activity that contradicts or undermines FWN brand, or is contrary to the aims and objectives of the FWN brand; and

  • in any way that would, in our reasonable judgement, damage the brand or reputation of the Logos and/or the FWN brand.

4. Ownership

By using the Logos you agree to refrain from asserting any ownership, proprietary or other rights in the Logos or to challenge, contest, or take any other action inconsistent with our exclusive ownership rights of the Logos, irrespective of any use you may make or may have made of it.

Further you will refrain from seeking any form of registration in any state, federal or foreign jurisdiction, of any trade mark, service mark, trade dress, logo, commercial designation or any other form of legal protection that includes the Logos or any colorable imitation or derivative thereof.

5. CREDIT AND ATTRIBUTION:

You must provide attribution and a link back to FWN for any and all photos you use from the FWN Brand Assets collection. Your attribution should be presented in one of the following ways:

6. Sub-licensing

You are not permitted to share (sub-license) your rights to use the Logos with any third party. That third party must contact us separately to request for the right to use the Logos and for the FWN Logos & Brand Assets Pack. Each party intending to use the Logos must submit a separate request directly to us.

7. Breach of Terms

We reserve the right to withdraw the permission granted to you to use the Logos whenever, in our reasonable discretion, we believe that your use does not comply or is not in accordance with these Logos & Brand Assets Terms of Use.

8. Goodwill in the Brand

As the owner of the Logos, any goodwill that is derived from your use of the Logos shall accrue to us, and you hereby assign to us all goodwill that derives from your use of the Logos.

9. No Warranty

Permission to use the Logos is granted without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Liability and Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you accept that we shall not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Logos and/or the FWN brand, or your exercise of any rights granted to you under these Terms of Use.

You agree to indemnify us against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses (excluding any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profit, or loss of reputation) suffered or incurred by us arising out of or in connection with your breach of these Terms of Use or from your use of the Logo sand/or the FWN brand.

11. Changes to the Agreement

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use as necessary. You are advised to regularly check and review these Terms to ensure that your use of the Logos complies with them.

12. Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are governed by U.S. law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the U.S. courts.
