Claire has over 15 years international experience managing global consumer banking and payment products. She started her career at American Express where she managed strategic relationships with the company’s largest travel partners. She joined Citi in 2001 to grow the Citi Cards American Airlines portfolio and lead the shift from traditional to online marketing. In 2005 she was selected for the Global Consumer Management Associate program and since then has held various senior level positions throughout the Global Retail Bank.
Marie Claire Lim Moore is one of the highest ranking Filipino-Americans at Citi. In 2014, she was selected for the Citi Women’s Leadership Program (only 15% of executives at her level are women). As the current Asia Pacific Regional Director of Global Client Banking, Claire is responsible for the retail bank’s global services across 14 countries that impacts 600,000 of the retail bank’s most valuable clients.
Claire is also author of Amazon.com best seller Don’t Forget the Soap (And Other Reminders from My Fabulous Filipina Mother). She has been featured in The New York Times, USA Today, Smart Parenting, and People Asia.
