Bay Area Rising partner MISSSEY is hosting Woman Song-Girl Power!! An Evening Celebrating Freedom from Trafficking and Exploitation of Women and Youth
You'll get a chance to meet Catherine Wanjohi Founder/Director of Life Bloom Services International (Kenya) and Falilah Bilal, Executive Director of MISSSEY (Motivating, Inspiring, Supporting & Serving Sexually Exploited Youth-Oakland).
Stories of inspiration, heartache, victories and challenges will be shared as well as discussions on how we can support the work of change. Betsy Rose will lead songs that uplift and encourage, joined by other Bay Area women performers.
Light refreshments will be served.
