FWN Founder and CEO Marily Mondejar receives the 2017 TOP HAT Award
In the spirit of collaboration and celebration, PhilAm BID (Philippine American Business Improvement and Development Organization) and ACCESS International (American Commerce, Culture, Education and Social Services International) proudly host the successful STARBlazers & TOP HATs “Give Back and Beyond” Awards Gala.
We are proud to announce that this year, FWN Founder and CEO, Marily Mondejar was awarded the TOP HAT Award. The Award recognizes members of the community for their integrity and professional success and pay tribute to their selfless service in the true spirit of “giving back.”
Other TOP HAT Alumni are San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer, Emmy Award winning journalist Denise Yamada, San Diego District Attorney Summer Stephan, Dr. Tess Mauricio, and The Veterans Village, San Diego.
California Chief Justice Hon. Tani Cantil Sakauye, the first Asian-American Chief Justice in the U.S., was our STARBlazer in 2011. Father Joe Carroll of Father Joe’s Villages, Vice Admiral Raquel C. Bono, Senator Dianne Feinstein, Rear Admiral USN (ret) Dr. Connie Mariano (the White House Doctor), are among the stellar STARBlazer honorees.
The STARBlazers & TOP HATs Awards Gala was held on Saturday, December 9th at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina.
