Consultant, Temasek Trust & Temasek Management;
Marketing Director, iRaceMedia;
Founding Partner, Women on a Mission

Of French, Swiss and Filipino descent, Christine Amour-Levar is a marketing consultant, entrepreneur and writer currently based in Singapore, where she lives with her husband and four children. She grew up between Manila, Paris and Tokyo, and has travelled extensively due to her many work commitments.

Christine’s career started in Japan, in advertising, where after graduating from Sophia University in Tokyo, with a BA in International Business and Economics and a minor in Japanese language, she joined the firm of McCann-Erickson as an account executive. Her experience in advertising, her language skills (she speaks six) and her passion for sports, consequently led her to work in marketing for Nike in the United States, Latin America, France and Singapore between 1996-2007.

Christine also holds a degree from the New York School of Interior Design and worked briefly for Philippe Starck in Paris, before joining Nike once again, and moving to Singapore in 2005. After her stint running Nike's marketing department in Singapore, she saw a gap in the retail market for Brazilian fashion, which persuaded her to launch Singapore’s first and only Brazilian multi-brand fashion boutique, Beijaflor. In 2010 she successfully sold her retail business and went on to write the motivational guide, The Smart Girl’s Handbook to Being MUMMYLICIOUS, published in May 2012.

Currently, Christine is a Consultant at Temasek Trust and Temasek Management Services (TMS), two wholly-owned subsidiaries of Temasek Holdings. She is also the Marketing Director of iRaceMedia, a publishing company specialised in horse racing, and the Founding Partner of Women on a Mission, a non-profit entity, that leads challenging all-women expeditions around the world to support humanitarian causes.
