Pamela Silagan Baricuatro, known as Pam, is the newly elected Governor of Cebu, making history with her remarkable entry into public service. She is also the founder of the Simply Share Foundation, a Visayas-based food bank established in 2015, reflecting her dedication to philanthropy and community service.

Presiding Justice, Sandiganbayan
The highest-ranking Cebuana in the Philippine judiciary, Justice Econg is the newly appointed Presiding Justice of the anti-graft court. A pillar of judicial integrity, she brings over two decades of service, having risen from local courts in Cebu to leading the fight against corruption at the national level.
