Filipino Food Movement Elevates Filipino Food at Savor Filipino on Oct. 15!

A FILIPINO FOOD EXPERIENCE. REIMAGINED. Engage in a rich and immersive rooftop culinary exposition at Savor Filipino.  This year's theme is "BUKSAN: Discovering the unexpected on the other side of the bridge; beyond our boundaries abroad and at home." Buksan (book-sahn) in Tagalog means "to open or unlock." 

Taste unique and delicious dishes native to the Philippines as it is interpreted by some of today's top culinary talent.  The day's menu, beginning at noon, includes 10 unique tastings including Popcorn Chicken Sinigang, Pork Belly Adobo Congee, Dueling Fish Relleno, and a Mango panna cotta with coconut foam.  The evening continues into Dinner (ticketed separately) with another 5 Chefs each presenting their own dish and paired with drinks.

The Buksan Dinner Experience will take place on Saturday October 15th at 7pm at the private dining area downstairs at the Port Workspaces, located beneath The Overlook Lounge.
